At beginning of 70's, this is a very high-tech object - it haves cycling track, hotel with gastronomical magazines, two sports hall, gym, sauna, beauty parlous and clinic.

In hard times of economy crisis and people-politician transformation, the government of Polish Cycling Federation (PZKol) and other institutions has forgot about cycling track.

In cause of no money, object falls into ruin, and has been abandoned from 1995.
